Discount Policy for Military Members and Veterans
Eligibility:
Active-duty military personnel
Veterans
Reservists
National Guard members
Discount Structure:
The discount will be applied on a sliding scale based on the household income of the military member or veteran. Household income will be determined using federal poverty guidelines.
Household income at or below 100% of the federal poverty line: 50% discount
Household income between 100% and 150% of the federal poverty line: 30% discount
Household income between 150% and 200% of the federal poverty line: 20% discount
Household income above 200% of the federal poverty line: No discount
Required Documentation:
To qualify for the discount, military members and veterans must provide proof of service, such as a copy of their military ID or discharge papers. They may also be required to provide documentation of their household income, such as tax returns or pay stubs.
Additional Considerations:
The discount may be applied to legal services, but may not apply to court fees, filing fees, or other costs.
The discount policy may be subject to change without notice.
A nominal technology fee of $60 is applicable for a consultation with proof of military service.
